Healthy Inc offers these Urinary Alkalinizing Granules, a high-performance effervescent formulation designed to neutralize systemic and urinary acidity. As a pharmacist and CEO, you recognize this combination as the clinical standard for managing conditions where high urine acidity causes pain or promotes the formation of stones. Produced in WHO-GMP certified facilities, these granules are optimized for rapid dissolution and high patient compliance, making them a high-velocity export item from our Mumbai hub.
Product Usage & Clinical ApplicationsTherapeutic Goal: To increase the pH of the urine, making it less acidic and more alkaline.
Common Indications:
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Providing symptomatic relief from the burning sensation (dysuria) during urination.
Urolithiasis: Preventing the formation and aiding the dissolution of uric acid and cysteine stones.
Gout: As an adjunct to uricosuric therapy to prevent renal complications by keeping uric acid in a soluble state.
Administration: Oral. The granules must be dissolved in a full glass of water and consumed while effervescing.
Pharmacist’s Note: As a professional, you should counsel patients on the sodium content of this medication, particularly those with congestive heart failure, hypertension, or renal impairment. Advise them that while it relieves the burning of a UTI, it is not an antibiotic and does not treat the underlying infection.
Primary Classification: Urinary Alkalinizer.
Pharmacological Class: Systemic Alkalinizing Agent.
ATC Code: G04BA.
The technical efficacy of these granules is based on their ability to act as a systemic buffer:
Neutralization: Upon ingestion, the salts are absorbed and metabolized to form bicarbonate ions ($HCO_3^-$) in the plasma.
Renal Filtration: These bicarbonate ions are filtered by the kidneys and excreted into the urine.
pH Elevation: The presence of excess bicarbonate in the renal tubules raises the urinary pH.
Effervescent Delivery: The combination of Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, and Sodium Bicarbonate creates a rapid effervescent reaction that ensures the salts are fully dissolved and buffered before reaching the stomach, minimizing gastric irritation.

Healthy Inc offers Magnesium Trisilicate Mixture, a classic and highly effective Antacid and Adsorbent formulation. As a pharmacist, you recognize that while modern Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) manage acid production, the Magnesium Trisilicate mixture provides immediate, mechanical relief by neutralizing existing gastric acid and forming a protective barrier over the mucosal lining. Managed through our Mumbai export hub, this suspension is produced in WHO-GMP certified facilities with optimized buffering capacity for international markets.
We are offering ready stock of below top 30 Indian brands & Generic Brands.
Gelusil (Variant), Digene (Variant), Trisil, Magnasil, Antacil, Magacid, Siligel, Gastrogel, Neutracid, Ulcigel, Magpure, Magstart, Magsift, Magford, Magnova, Maggard, Magzest, Maglap, Magspan, Magshine, Magbrite, Magmed, Magsafe, Magplus, Maghealth, Magnesium Trisilicate Healthy, Magnesium Trisilicate Ajanta, Magnesium Trisilicate Alkem, Magnesium Trisilicate Sun, Magnesium Trisilicate PMBJP.
Product Usage & AdministrationTherapeutic Goal: To provide rapid symptomatic relief from gastric hyperacidity and to protect the esophageal and gastric mucosa from acid-pepsin aggression.
Common Applications:
Dyspepsia & Heartburn: Neutralizing excess stomach acid to relieve burning sensations.
Gastritis: Soothing the inflamed stomach lining.
Peptic Ulcer Disease: Providing adjunctive relief by coating the ulcer site.
GERD: Preventing acid reflux from damaging the esophagus.
Administration: Oral. Ideally taken between meals and at bedtime, or as symptoms occur.
Primary Classification: Antacid and Adsorbent.
Pharmacological Class: Inorganic Magnesium Salt.
ATC Code: A02AA02.
Magnesium Trisilicate acts through a chemical reaction with gastric hydrochloric acid ($HCl$):
Acid Neutralization: It reacts slowly with $HCl$ in the stomach to form Magnesium Chloride and hydrated Silica ($SiO_2$). This reaction raises the gastric pH, reducing the proteolytic activity of pepsin.
Gel Formation: The hydrated silica formed during neutralization takes the form of a colloidal gel. This gel spreads over the stomach wall and ulcerated areas, acting as a physical "bandage" or cytoprotective barrier.
Adsorption: The mixture has high adsorbent properties, which can help in binding certain toxins or gases in the GI tract.
Prolonged Action: Because the reaction is slow, it provides a more sustained antacid effect compared to simple sodium bicarbonate.
